1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Manna Manuscript, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an academic institution, learned society, or publishing company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Use & Intellectual Property

Manna Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to access and use Manna Manuscript for managing scholarly journals.

Publishers, authors, and societies retain 100% full intellectual property and copyright ownership over all submitted manuscripts, journal metadata, peer review reports, and published articles.

3. Service Availability & Support

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for the Manna Manuscript platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.

Technical support, updates, and platform security patches are provided in accordance with your subscription tier and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Limitation of Liability

Manna Manuscript is provided on a software-as-a-service basis. In no event shall Manna Analytics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from editorial decisions, peer review delays, or third-party service outages.
