1. Digital Service Provision

Manna Manuscript is a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods or packages are shipped.

All services, software licenses, journal instances, and administrative accounts are delivered electronically via cloud provisioning and secure email confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard SaaS Account Provisioning: Completed within 1 to 2 business days following contract execution and initial setup.

Managed OJS / Journal Migration: Delivered in accordance with the agreed migration project plan, typically spanning 2 to 4 weeks depending on the volume of historical archives and active submissions.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Electronic delivery is considered complete once the primary journal administrator receives active login credentials, access to the provisioned tenant URL, and initial onboarding orientation.
