Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

Institutional clients may cancel their annual or multi-year subscription by providing 30 days written notice prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, publishers have a 60-day grace period to export all manuscript archives, JATS XML files, reviewer records, and editorial logs in open standard formats.

2. Refund Policy

Because Manna Manuscript is provisioned with dedicated cloud infrastructure, custom journal onboarding, and dedicated technical support, fees paid for active billing periods are generally non-refundable.

If Manna Analytics fails to meet the guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or if service is disrupted for reasons solely attributable to us for more than 48 continuous hours, pro-rata service credits or refunds will be issued upon request.
