Manna Analytics Private Limited collects information necessary to provide scholarly journal management services, including user identity data (name, institutional affiliation, ORCID iD, email), submission metadata (manuscript titles, abstracts, author details), and system interaction telemetry.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We process personal information strictly to deliver editorial workflows, facilitate peer review communication, conduct automated research integrity checks (e.g., plagiarism screening), register DOIs, and comply with scholarly publishing standards.
Manuscript contents under review are treated as strictly confidential and are only disclosed to assigned editors, reviewers, and authorized journal staff.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement strict role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant logical isolation, and regular security audits.
Publishing data is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure located in high-availability secure data centers.
4. Your Rights & Data Retention
