Manna Manuscript is a cloud-based digital enterprise software service. As there is no physical tangible product delivered, standard physical product returns are not applicable.

Access to the platform, server resources, and proprietary editorial tools is activated digitally upon subscription confirmation.

2. Evaluation & Demo Prior to Purchase

To ensure that Manna Manuscript meets all journal requirements before subscribing, we provide live interactive demonstrations, workflow sandbox environments, and migration feasibility assessments.

We encourage all editorial boards to thoroughly test the platform with our team before entering into an enterprise service agreement.
